RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Special orders or nonstandard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw material purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. Good Product
We ordered these for a job our company is working on and we had to order 3 different times as we kept needing to add more. Each shipment arrived quickly and with no damage to any of the products. They were individually wrapped with the needed hardware and looked great.

Novel design
We needed a long-arm bracket to install handrails in our vintage 1880 church. We had very limited wall space which required a small "footprint" base, yet a long enough arm such that the wooden handrail would clear the stairwell wall platform. The 3003LA-ORB fit perfectly and was very easy and simple to install. After just a few days, I'm already getting positive comments on the new handrails, which would not have been possible without this bracket.
