Love the newel and half newel post, but....
I love quality of the newel posts. I ordered 1 whole and half newel. I received only 1 half newel and thought there would be 2 halves bases on this posted on the website: Note: when ordering half newels, the cost is the full newel post with splitting costs. Qty 1 half-newel is a pair, or two halves. Half-Newels are non-stocked and typically ship in 3-4 weeks, FOB Ohio. Non-stocked items are non-returnable. I am not sure what happened the other half?
