8070 Solid Red Oak hardwood stair treads with double mitered return, are 1" thick, 11-1/2" Deep. Returns are 1-1/4". Double mitered return stair treads are custom made to order, based on the throat dimension provided by the customer. Lead time for manufacturing is between 2-3 weeks and shipped FOB, Ohio. Enter your "throat" width when ordering.

Solid oak stair treads are glue-laminated per standards of the American Hardwood Association so that the treads will not crack or warp.
Available lengths: 36", 42", 48", 54", 60", 72". Call Westfire to quote on lengths greater than 72" and depths greater than 11-1/2". Custom treads are available with a 3-4 week lead time to make and ship, FOB Ohio.

Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment received. Customer must count boxes, approve and sign receiver from transportation company. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Special orders or nonstandard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw material purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. Sizing wrong
The treads were made extremely well however of the six treads that I ordered two of them were to big. I had ordered treads with a 46” throat and two of them were 46-3/8”. This caused a lot of extra work to make those two treads fit correctly.

Outstanding product
One of the best examples of craftsmanship in woodworking. Tight joints and carefully selected lumber. The edges of the treads were slightly damaged in shipping, but sanded out fine. FedEx should have been more careful, but a little extra packing might help.
