The 993 Ranch Boxed Newel Post is the 991 without the pedestal/sleeve. The main column is 4-3/4" x 4-3/4". Height is 56" with 6-1/2" Top. Shipped with the traditional square cap. There is an option to add a "B" Style peaked/pyramid hat. Adjustable sleeves are sold separately and come in two sizes: 989 Sleeve with a footprint of 5-3/4" x 5-3/4" or the 999 Sleeve with a footprint of 6-1/4" x 6-1/4". Shipped one to a box.

Unpaid delinquent invoices are subject to a 2% per month (24% per annum) service charge. Buyer will be responsible for all costs, including attorney fees, incurred by Westfire Manufacturing for the collection of unpaid delinquent invoices. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment received. Customer must count boxes, approve and sign receiver from transportation company. Customer is responsible to verify shipment quantity. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Special orders or nonstandard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw material purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge.
