    Product Description

    The CH-3047F Fluted Acorn Top Carolina Intermediate newel post is 58" x 3-1/2" with a 14-1/2" face.  The 3047 series newel is designed for a post-to-post staircase and can be used as a landing newel and Intermediate landing newel post, transitioning from rake to rake or rake to level guardrail, with or without a gooseneck.  Stocked in red oak and Poplar.  Call for quotes on other wood species.

    With its reminiscence of the Georgian and Greek Revival architecture, the Carolina collection becomes an eloquent expression of Old-World romance.  Defined by the baluster's elongated vase, this stairway brings 19th century elegance to any home. Noted for its long-tapered design, the Carolina collection of stair part balusters are a tradition from 19th century Americana history.

SHIPPING Stair Part orders are shipped to the customer from the manufacturer's warehouse or the manufacturer of a specific style. Please note that Westfire is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged freight. CLAIMS Claims for shortages, breakage or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment received. Customer must count boxes, approve and sign receiver from transportation company. Customer is responsible to verify shipment quantity. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Special orders or nonstandard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw material purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resale able condition, shipped prepaid, and are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to stock purchased within the last 30 calendar day (No exceptions).
